This generator produces a table-based, inline-styled signature - the format email clients actually render reliably - with an optional branded QR code that opens your card so anyone can scan it from a printed email or a screen. Add your cxo.me handle and the signature links to (and QR-encodes) your verified executive card. “Copy signature” places rich HTML on your clipboard so you can paste it directly into Gmail; “Copy HTML” gives you the raw source for Outlook, Apple Mail or an email platform. Your photo is read locally and embedded as data, nothing is uploaded to any server.

How do I add this to Gmail?
Click Copy signature, then in Gmail go to Settings (gear) → See all settings → General → Signature, create or select a signature, and paste with Ctrl/Cmd+V. Save changes at the bottom.
Will the QR code work in email?
Yes: the QR is embedded as an image, so it travels with the signature. Recipients can scan it on screen or from a printout to open your card. Some clients block images until the reader clicks “show images”.
Is my photo or data uploaded?
No. The photo is read with your browser and embedded directly into the signature HTML as a data URI. Everything happens locally.
